Return and Restocking Policy
Boulder Light Bulb stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit. If you are not satisfied with your order notify us within 14 days of receipt of product. Refunds will be made by original method of payment. All returns must arrive in the original packaging and all freight charges for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer.

Incorrect and Damaged Shipments
To return any incorrect or damaged item, please call 303-443-6330 to speak to a sales associate. For damaged orders, keep the original box and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return to Boulder Light Bulb. Boulder Light Bulb may at any time limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss, or theft.
General Shipping Policy
Boulder Light Bulb will ship via USPS to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States for a flat shipping charge of $9.00. In some cases, oversized items may require an additional charge; in this event, a sales associate will call to get your approval prior to charging account. Upgraded services are available (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) for an additional charge. Costs associated with an upgrade are based on the final weight of the shipment. Boulder Light Bulb may select an alternative shipper depending on the size and weight of your item. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories).

Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders
In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the entire order will be held and you will be contacted with information about the estimated shipping date. Your account will not be charged until the order is shipped.
If you order by 4 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, the in-stock items ordered will be shipped that day (Monday through Friday delivery days) via USPS. Upgraded shipping services (Next Day, 2nd Day) are available at an additional charge. Boulder Light Bulb may select an alternative shipper depending on the size and weight of your item. Such events may include but are not limited to fire, flood, accident, strike, riot, civil commotion, act of God, war or other hostilities, acts or omissions of carriers, transmitters, phone companies, Internet Service Providers or Internet backbone providers or a failure interruption or delay of server or this Web site caused by an event outside the direct control of Boulder Light Bulb including without limitation power outages or attack on this Web site such as by persons know as “hackers”.
